Using Ice as a Coping Mechanism & Mental Health
There are many differ ways of coping both healthy and unhealthy, but have you ever heard of using ice?
Using ice was an amazing way to bond, relieve our stress and anger and is something I would definitely do again. If you plan on trying this at home please be careful and do so at your own risk.
